- Share updated KYC information with all SEBI registered intermediaries associated with you.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your KYC data is shared only with:
- SEBI registered intermediaries that you have authorised or that are associated with your KYC record.
- Other KRAs, for the purpose of inter-operability as mandated by SEBI.
- Regulatory and statutory authorities, when required by law.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-accepted administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to KYC data is restricted to authorised personnel and is subject to periodic security reviews.
5. Retention of Information
Your KYC records are retained for the period prescribed under applicable regulations. After the prescribed retention period, records are securely destroyed or anonymised.

Subject to applicable laws and the SEBI KRA framework, you may:
